Growing up in eastern North Carolina I was very fortunate to be able to take

wanted to live and raise a family. After graduating from Appalachian State
University and getting married, my husband and I were presented with the
opportunity of moving to Carteret County in 1997 and purchasing Prudential
Sun-Surf Realty. After taking time off to have children, I resumed my
career
in real estate sales in late 2005. It has been wonderful getting back into
such an evolving business!

As did many of us, Chuck came to this area via the Marine Corps. He was
stationed at Cherry Point, living between overseas assignments in Havelock,
Morehead City, Beaufort, Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle. After retiring
from a career of flying airplanes straight up, Chuck became a real estate

Choosing Emerald Isle to begin his second career after being a Marine for
over 26 years was not a difficult decision for Everett. He grew up in a very

Krista, graduated from Swansboro High School and UNCW. Nancy, his wife and

Floyd and his wife Bett have been full-time residents of Emerald Isle since
1988 when he became licensed as a real estate broker. He began his career
after college with a major North Carolina bank. In 1965, he moved to
Farmville and operated a new automobile franchise that was owned by his
family until the business was sold in 1988. After moving to Emerald Isle,
Floyd and Bett owned and operated their own real estate and rental company
until December, 2000, when they sold to Prudential Sun-Surf Realty. Floyd
